Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

— Standard Shipping: 8–14 business days | FREE on orders $75+ | $5.95 under $75
— Express Shipping: 5–8 business days | $12.95

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods (e.g. Christmas, sale events). We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or carrier issues outside our control.

REFUND POLICY — LUMÉ GLOW

We want you to love your LUMÉ GLOW experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a refund:
— The item must be returned in its original packaging
— The request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
— The product must not show signs of physical damage caused by misuse

To initiate a return, email us at LumeGlowAU@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Non-refundable items: Items returned more than 30 days after delivery, or items returned without original packaging.
